I-15 is a CDA sector in Islamabad, launched in 2005. It sits between I-14 and I-16, and it has four sub-sectors: I-15/1, I-15/2, I-15/3 and I-15/4.
Property portals place I-15 near GT Road and the M-1 motorway. For the exact position of a plot, use the official CDA sector map and ask us to confirm.
Conditions can differ between sub-sectors. Always ask for the exact sub-sector, street and plot number.
Plot listings in I-15 mention sizes such as 5 marla, 7 marla and 8 marla. Buyers also search by sub-sector, for example I-15/1, I-15/2 and I-15/4.
Two plots of the same size can differ. Street, corner position and a wide road can change the value.
